Currently working as an LMT as the owner of The Positive Spirit LLC.

Stonington Natural Health Center - Independent LMT

I am based in Stonington CT at SNHC. I have been at the center since August of 2018. I am currently studying many forms of energy work, meditation, and also furthering my studies of different modalities of massage therapy. Recently I attended a Sports massage/Myofascial class, and through the AMTA and other sites, I am earning a number of certificates through online classes that feature the protocols of working with clients with specific health concerns.
