Since 2012 I have had a passion to provide healing through many types of massage modalities.  I am proficient in 7 different massage techniques including Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue and Prenatal.  The time spent working with the Real Salt Lake Soccer Team training program really added value and experience to my abilities in creating a healthy healing service.

To serve my clients better I also accept health insurance, workers comp and car accident claims.

Codie is very professional and careful. She was able to massage both for relaxation and muscle therapy. My only complaint is that somehow the 90 minutes (!) was not long enough:) I can't wait to go back.
