I would tell em it's very beneficial overall. Don't expect this to be a vacation spa massage. It's professional and very intense at times if u have problem areas that need the attention. Felt great afterwards. Will be back.

I have been to many massage therapist over the years, and I can definitely say that Cameron is the best I have been to! He is very professional and knowledgeable in his field. He is one to put his focus into the "problem areas" (for me it's neck, shoulder, and back) and is spot on and releases all the tension and knots you may have. (And even knots you didn't know you had) He would be the only massage therapist I recommend to all my friends and family going forward. If you are thinking about getting a massage, you will not be disappointed booking with Cameron!!

He’s not just a massage therapist. His skills go beyond that. He was able to pinpoint exactly what muscles that needed the most attention and even the ones I didn’t know that played a big part in my discomfort. I’m looking forward to more sessions and what else Cameron can aid me in my recovery.
