I'm an enthusiastic and passionate massage therapist working out of Steamboat Springs Colorado. I have been practicing massage and bodywork since graduating from the Institute of Business and Medical Careers in the spring of 2011.

 My style of massage focuses on the mind-body connection. I incorporate many therapeutic deep tissue techniques along with relaxation and breathing techniques.  This keeps my clients comfortable while helping them open up to receive the benefits of the work. I don't believe in the "no pain no gain" theory or that I have to beat my clients up in order to create an effective change. By working slowly, and intuitively I find that you can encourage the body to create lasting change instead of trying to force it. The body has its own language, you just have to know how to listen.
