For the last 20 years, the focus of my practice has been on “resolving the issues in your tissues” using restorative massage.  I am trained in SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique), Oncology, Medicupping Vacutherapy, Lymphatic, Swedish, and Orthopedic massage, which allows me to use my considerable skills to help you with what your body needs.  

I am so grateful that I get to do what I love every single day.  I look forward to meeting you, to share with you the amazing gift of massage.

Massage was very good, not much interaction during massage ie how was I doing etc. The room odor ,from pets was very strong and ruined a fairly good experience.

This was my first massage ever, and it was amazing! My neck and back are always tense and in pain, and sleeping is nearly impossible. That night I slept like a baby! Katie is very welcoming and very professional. I have scheduled my next appointment, and am definitely going to be recommending her to family and friends.
