I was told that ahead of time that Carrie's massages were incredibly deep tissue (exactly what I was wanting to help my sciatica). Understatement is all I can say. The massage "hurt so good". She found all sorts of issues and worked everywhere. I thought my only issues were dealing with sciatica and she was able to relieve pressures and stiffness all over. While I feel "roughed up" the next day as I write this, I absolutely feel my sciatica is lessened. I was so impressed that, before I left, I made a follow up appointment and am looking forward to my next, and many future, massages with Carrie. Can't recommend her enough.

Carrie is a compassionate, caring practitioner who listens and responds to your specific needs. Sometimes I want deep tissue, which she excels at, and sometimes I want slow and gentle. She has magical healing hands!

Carrie is like Starbucks. If you've seen her like I have for years, then you know what you are going to get which is why I continue to return. She pays attention to the little things and the space is impeccable. I like how she leaves the oil on my body instead of removing it, especially this time of year. She leaves a warm moist cloth for those who don't want the oil left on or just tell her. She'll take care of you!

So many extra touches to make the experience luxurious. Carrie is the best. I’ve been going to her for 4 years now, since I was pregnant with my first. She does great prenatal, postpartum, and regular massage.
