I've worked with clients who experience pain in their neck or back. Often we found the culprit to be a muscular imbalance brought on by an injury, poor posture, or too much time sitting. So one approach for me is to work the muscles until they are lose and free of tension. This is one example of working together or I can also help relax tired, overstressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state.
