I graduated in 2013 from the CT Center for Massage Therapy. I am CT licensed and an American Massage Therapy Association member.  I always knew I wanted a career in massage since i was ten years old.  I did not want a 9-5 job where I was always rushing or unhappy.  I wanted to do something that i enjoyed and something that was relaxing, not stressful.

The techniques that I specialize in are Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and Ashiatsu massage.  I also incorporate a little myofascial release, and acupressure into each massage that I do.  Knowing a variety of massage techniques allows me to cater to each and every person that i work with and hopefully, give them a great massage with even better benefits. 
I started working with Gary Tyler in 2014 and i have learned quite alot about geriatric and disabled massage.  Learning and performing new techniques makes me a better therapist and I throughly enjoy it!
