Be Well Signature Massage, which will allow me to bring you all my best tools of massage to your specific areas of discomfort to ease your body and mind.

Swedish massage, a light to medium pressure massage to promote relaxation.

Hot Stone massage, providing deep relaxation of the muscle fibers to promote blood flow and accelerated healing. Many studies show heat can help with cellular metabolism creating a quicker healing process of the body.

Deep Tissue Massage applies deeper pressure on knots and tight, stiff or sore muscles to allow the glue of the muscle (the fascia) to melt away, bringing the muscle back to its original, healthy state.
