Welcome! I am David, in pursuit of my life purpose I was inspired to follow a path that led me to alternative integrated holistic wellness. On this journey I earned Certifications as a Master Life, Health, and Wellness Coach, Thai Yoga Practitioner, Fitness Trainer, and several other practice modalities. I have trained at the SomaVeda College of Natural Medicine, Transformation Academy, and The SPA Training Academy.
My purpose is to be a compassionate vessel for wellness for all who are seeking. My friends and clients say I am a passionate strong and intuitive healer with a nurturing spirit and open heart. My passion is to approach each session with a heart of gratitude, kindness, and compassion for each client.
My core practice is SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapy, using traditional systems such as Yoga Massage Therapy, Sacred Counseling and Nutrition, Native American and Indigenous Healing technologies to reduce your pain and suffering and enhance your life sense of wellbeing. SomaVeda® incorporates elements of mindfulness, gentle rocking, deep slow stretching, and rhythmic compression to create a singular healing experience. It is suitable for rehabilitation, pain relief, and stress reduction. Nurturing, calming, and enlivening it will expand your ideas of what hands-on healing can be.
