I obtained my associate degree in Massage Therapy at St.Paul College. I've created a warm and inviting ambiance, with soft lighting from salt lamps, light mists of essential oils, calming music and a comfortable massage table with clean, soft linens and blankets. I learned many massage modalities during my 2 year education, such as; Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point, deep tissue, sports, hot stones and pregnancy. My favorite has always been the Relaxing Swedish massage. Why? Probably because it's my most favorite to receive! When you find the right touch and depth, the benefits and feeling of relaxation is amazing. I also incorporate some deep tissue and trigger point techniques throughout your massage, if needed and requested. If you're seeking a truly Deep Tissue Massage, I suggest you find a different massage therapist. We most likely would not be a good fit, and I don't like anyone leaving unhappy! My goal is to help you feel completely relaxed and stress free for the time you're on my table, and for the remainder of your day, allowing you to hopefully have a wonderful night's sleep, Many of my clients fall asleep during their massage, it's considered a compliment!
