I graduated from Kaleidoscope School of Massage Therapy in St. Louis in 1999.  I have been a Missouri Licensed Massage Therapist and AMTA member for 12 + years.  I have certified training in LaStone Therapy and Esalan Massage as well as pregnancy, reflexology, aromatherapy and myofacial release.

I am a firm believer in wellness and the "heal thyself" philosphy.
