Mary graduated from the Hot Springs School of Therapy Technology in Little Rock, AR in 1993.  Growing up she always had fun giving back massages to her friends and family, so she knew massage school was the right choice for her.  Mary has specialized training in whiplash treatment, therapeutic and sports massage, prenatal and hot stone massage, Reiki and Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy.

Her favorite modalities include both energy work and therapeutic massage.  Using a combination of trigger points and soothing strokes, her goal is to keep the client comfortable while addressing deeper muscular issues. Mary loves the feeling and effect of energy work.  All change begins at the level of energy, both mentally and physically. Reiki is a  gentle healing technique that channels energy into the client, by means of touch, in order to activate the natural healing systems of the client's body.  Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. A CST treatment is incredibly relaxing.

Mary's favorite way to stay healthy is to dance or take aerobics...also, lots of laughter.  She believes the way to stay healthy is to be aware of what you're thinking and eating - along with healthy regular exercise and self care - Massage!

Clients would want to book with Mary because she is sensitive to how their body is reacting during the massage.  She likes to reach the right balance of therapeutic help and relaxation.  Energy work is a new approach for most people, but it's worth a try to feel it's effects for yourself.  Mary would love the chance to connect with you to produce healthy change in your body. Whether it's a huge change or more subtle, it's all positive.

REVIEWS for my massage services

Mary made sure that I was comfortable and that the pressure she was using was good. The only thing I would recommend is that she has wet/hot towels for the end of the session.
