I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Utah, since 2004, and received my training at Healing Mountain Massage School in Salt Lake City. I have been continually studying and training in a wide variety of modalities and methods since that time. 

I specialize in Chavutti Thirumal, an East Indian modality in which feet, rather than hands, are used to give the massage. Additionally, I practice Thai Yoga Massage, Deep Tissue and Russian Sport Massage, Neuro-Muscular Therapy, Shiatsu/Acupressure...

My massage style is Integrative, with a wealth of techniques being brought together in a flowing, yet thorough way, allowing me to adapt to each individual's personal needs. My focus is on the Restoration and Integration of the Whole Person; Body, Mind, and Spirit. My Intention, is for Well Being*

I am a Mother of 3 wild and beautiful children, and live in Parowan, Utah. I've lived in Southern Utah for nearly 20 years, and love the High Mountain Desert. I am a lover of life, and grateful for the opportunity to serve others.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Erin recieved Spa Therapy training, in a working Spa environment in School. She has worked for Cedar Breaks Lodge Day Spa in Brianhead, for 2 years, as well as worked at The Grand Hotel's Red Leaf Spa, in Brianhead for a winter season. Additionally she has been privately studying with, and offering these therapies to her clients, throughout the years. She currently offers Detoxifying Hydro/Spa Therapies and Herbal Treatments at FreeFlow Bodyworks, in Saint George, UT. 1224 S River Rd A107 (by appointment only).

Bodywork

Massage Therapy Instructor

Erin helped to open the Healing Mountain Massage School campus in Cedar City, serving as Student Intake & Enrollment, as well as Campus Management. Erin taught several courses in the school including Massage 1 & 2, Shiatsu, Prenatal Massage, Spa Therapies, Energy Therapies, and Thai Massage. Additionally, Erin has taught Thai Massage at SWAHA in Cedar City, and Pura Vida, and has her own training manual.

Private Practice

Erin has been working primarily as an 'out-call' therapist, traveling and providing massage therapy and bodywork on-site in people's homes and at events, like races and marathons, as well as Music & Other Festivals. She has also had a home-based practice, as well as worked in professional studio settings. She is currently working in her own private practice.

Assistant Co-Teacher/Trainer

Erin facilitated hosted and facilitated a Chavutti Thirumal training in Cedar City, where she assisted and co-taught the course, along with Master Teacher, Helen Noakes. This training was 8 hours and day and a total of 10 days.

Following certification for Yoga, I opened my first studio space in a Massage & Bodywork Practice. She taught Yoga here for just under a year.

Erin is a very body aware therapist. She is knowledgable about the body and different sources that can cause you pain. She has a very fluid way of massaging that is unique to her and your experience. It feels like she paints you with her hands and its very relaxing. She gave me an excellent neck, head, and face massage that I loved. She spoke with me before the massage and was very concerned about the back pain I was feeling. She gave great advice and was very nice to talk to.

I am very claustrophobic, and there is something about the color brown that really makes me feel disoriented. Erin's room was done in the brown colors but as soon as she started my massage , I became very relaxed and unaware of the brown walls. I do not wear brown clothing for the same reason.

Erin is my favorite! She listened to my issues and was very professional. She explained why she was working on certain areas I didn't know were an issue, like my neck in the front area. I will be back!
