Available modalities are traditional Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, hot stone, & therapeutic.
To ensure optimum comfort, the room will be cool because your massage table will be heated. Please inform me if you do not want a heated table.
When receiving a massage, toxins are released from the muscle tissue into the bloodstream. For this reason, it is very important to flush your system by drinking plenty of water after your session.
You may be a little sore after your massage within 24-72 hours. Hydrating your body will help decrease post massage aches.
You should not drink alcohol before or after a massage, as this may increase dehydration, make you dizzy, cause nausea and/or vomiting.
