Massage and bodywork is an excellent, integrative therapy, which enhances well-being.

I am certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular Therapy, and am a Reiki Master.  I understand each individual is unique, comprised of more than just their bodies.  Therefore, my clients' and I work as a team, to increase quality of life.  I have been involved in the massage therapy field for over 10 years, most of that time spent as a massage educator.  I am a life-long learner, and stay curious about different forms of bodywork, and enjoy gaining insight into human anatomy and physiology.  Increasing my own knowledge and experience, increases your self-awareness, which facilitates healing.
