Misty is so knowledgable and takes so much pride in her work. She is very thorough with her assessment when coming to her with any issues and is dedicated to helping fix and work on the issues via educating you with what is going on with your muscles and giving exercises to help correct it going forward. And her massages are awesome, especially because you get a little reflexology bonus .... so relaxing!

I like and even love that Misty explains what muscle is tensed, so u understand more where your pain is coming from, she gave me a few exercises to do to help elevate some pain I keep holding on too...I love her techniques and her talent, she is very devoted to her work..thx misty
