Cheryl graduated from the Phoenix School of Massage Therapy and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2008. During that time providing massage therapy to clients and friends was just a favorite pastime. Years later she went on to complete a 70-hour Flexologist training program and began working with StretchLab Hughes Landing in 2020. The fusion of massage and assisted stretch reinvigorated her passion to provide healing and wellness which led her to launch SportBody Flex on a full-time basis...

The fusion of massage and assisted stretch reinvigorated her passion to provide healing and wellness which led her to launch SportBody Flex on a full-time basis. She then furthered her newfound niche to become a Certified SportStretch® practitioner that without doubt became a turning point in her career with opening doors to work with a multitude of athletes and clients.

When not working, Cheryl’s new favorite pastime is taking additional classes to add new modalities to her practice that help enhance her ability to treat her clients with continued confidence.

As always, Cheryl’s calm and comforting demeanor was a welcome presence in our home. She executed the appropriate stretches and used expert techniques that provided a great result. When she finished, my body was relaxed and pain-free.
