Along with my certificates and coaching, I have also added Young Living Essential Oils to my health and wellness practice. I honestly believe that oils bring connection and have healing properties. I am thrilled that I can unite my love for massage therapy, oils and personal training into the lives of many who I have helped and continue to help. This is all about mind, body and spirt and it all coincides and works so well together.
I am grateful that I can help others de-stress, compress, lose weight, feel calmer, have more energy, reduce pain which allows them to step into the person they so long to be.
This is all about mind over matter, helping others realize that they can live in abundance with less pain, with less anxiety and through simple yet highly effective techniques, that can lead a more calming, tranquil and abundant life
