My intention with each session is to create space within and honor the body that serves you every day.
My goal is to help facilitate balance between the body and mind, leading to relaxation and rejuvenation.
By utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger-Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and light stretching, I formulate and tailor each massage to address and meet the specific needs and goals of every client.

Upon graduating from Wellspring School of Allied Health in 2019, I had the opportunity to continue to learn from the best at the beloved 417 spa, Zen3 Spa and Bodyworks. At Zen 3 I developed a practice-based approach of blending different techniques and modalities to formulate targeted relief, and I expanded my therapeutic knowledge by creating a truly healing and relaxing personalized experience from client to client. Although Zen 3 has since closed its doors, I am forever grateful for the experience and wisdom they imparted on me.

Sherrie did an excellent job going above and beyond to help me with my pain issues. She immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She is a very skilled in massage and that combined with being a very kind and caring person made for a great massage experience. I will be a returning client.

The last several months I’ve been going through cancer treatment I haven’t been been in to get a massage for over a year after having a 90 minute massage, but I could already fill the tightness in all of my muscles leave mentally and physically when I left I felt terrific

I had a great experience with Merci Massage, Sherrie was amazing! She took the time to address problem areas and optimized comfort throughout the session. Very well decorated space as well, very relaxing. I would highly recommend!
