Hello, I am Jill Hays, owner of Gratitude Massage. I began receiving Massage, CranioSacral Therapy and practicing yoga more than 25 years ago to help treat neck pain, stress and chronic sinusitis. As I went through my own healing process, I discovered many benefits of therapeutic bodywork and developed a strong desire to share these healing modalities with others. In 1998 I graduated from White River School of Massage (Fayetteville AR) and for several years also taught yoga as a Certified Yoga Teacher (Integrative Yoga Therapy 2002). Additionally, I earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tulsa, 1989.
Gratitude is a vital practice in my life, helping me through inevitable ups and downs and ultimately increasing my joy. I am grateful to practice massage as a life time career. It is an honor to help you in your journey towards better health and balance in your life, by providing nurturing, professional touch in a safe and caring environment.
I am a Springfield native. Though I lived in Tulsa and on Table Rock Lake for a number of years, Springfield became home again in 2005. In my free time I love being outdoors, especially birding and hiking. I am a Missouri Master Naturalist, Audubon Society volunteer and I have also led international birding trips.
