With a colorful background of experiences and over 20 years of tools and resources in my toolbox, I'm delighted to be a conduit for healing, self awareness and personal discovery. With a colorful background of experiences and over 20 years of tools and resources in my toolbox, I'm delighted to be a conduit for healing, self awareness and personal discovery. During my early 20's, I managed a chiropractic office which further strengthened much of what my mother had taught me about holistic healing while growing up. I'm also an avid gardener and work with leaders in our community to facilitate change through demonstrating the similarities of nurturing plants and people.


My massage style is fluid with a blend of Swedish techniques, passive stretching and deep tissue modalities. I don't delineate my services between types of massage because within one session, your body may ask me to use them all. I've recently learned to embrace my natural gift of clairvoyance and tend to work in tandem with you and your natural energetic system.

As a Certified Happiness Coach, I've recently finished extensive training in life coaching methodology which has given validation and guidance to help women and families manage emotional stress, live more meaningfully and prioritize their happiness.

In my spare time, I enjoy canoeing on our Ozarks' rivers, bicycling, dancing, doing yoga and taking nature walks. We also enjoy traveling to the ocean quite a bit as well as the mountains, the rivers...well, you get the idea!

Christy is very calming and makes you feel comfortable. She takes you away from the chaos of the world and makes you realize how calm life can be. She found every sore spot from head to toe and used her talents to release the fascia and muscle. Christy is giving of her talents and caring in every way.
