I hail from sunny southwest Florida, but I have lived in Springfield for officially over half my life. I love the Ozarks! Floating, paddle-boarding, and hiking are some of my favorite things. In my spare time I spend as much time as possible with my family, doing anything outdoors, reading, listening to podcasts, and kickboxing.
I use technical skills, intuition, and empathy to tailor every bodywork session for the client's needs. My goal is to help each client find stillness of and connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Ashley is by far the best massage therapist I've had the pleasure of knowing. I experienced relief from one session I've never had with other therapists, and I've been through MANY. She's well worth my hour and a half drive each way, and that says a lot. She's also incredibly kind, caring, and a beautiful open soul.

I loved the “ambiance”- so calming & peaceful. This was my first time seeing Ashley for a massage & I had the best experience! She is so friendly & was excellent at her craft. My neck, shoulders, & back feel so much looser and more relaxed and I can’t wait to go again 🥳
