Who am I? I am Jessi Osborn LMT, RYT, CLC, HHP. My mission is to assist others in finding a deeper connection with themselves. The "alphabet soup" that follows my name, offers a string of letters that represent actions and devotion to my mission.

LMT- Licensed massage therapist. My foundation, at the base of self-care and awareness is this. This tool that helped me gain a deeper connection to myself at a time in my life that I was disconnected. I had a natural drive to alleviate physical pain from those around me, that came from simple compassion and touch. Never had I considered it as a vocation, until someone suggested I was in the wrong line of work and should nurture this power with direct focus. That planted a seed, and to massage school I went. Little did I know the impact this decision would have on my own inner being. Massage school was an emotional journey of self discovery. It opened channels that I was unaware even existed. I was cracked open and things were flowing. Tears, laughter, epiphanies, ideas, emotions, connections, we're all firing in a way that was building me up. This gift of connection is truly remarkable and everyone deserves to tap into this connection with themselves. Everyone deserves to shed light and attention on their deepest levels of truth, and best of all, to love the journey. Of course with the benefit of relaxation and pain relief!

RYT- Registered yoga teacher. As massage provides the initial physical awareness and begins to highlight areas of neglect, I can't be around touching people all the time. People need to have a way to continue this journey and maintain what they achieve on the massage table. For myself, my mind and body need to be able to show up fully in the present with each person who trust fully comes to me to provide quality service. So yoga provides this. I have my own personal practice to keep myself in balance and I able to share with people some simple techniques to take home with them. Those willing to deeper explore their bodies in such a way have unlimited opportunity to seek out the yoga that is best for them. The types of yoga out there may equal varieties of ice cream flavors on the market, so I encourage people to try them all. I of course offer classes as well, and if you're on my table, chances are my classes may be a good starting point. You can be assured, that at some point in your massage journey, you will leave my office with "yoga homework ". After all, this work is about you, and how you feel, and how you can improve how you feel. It's a joint effort, I merely offer the guidance, what you do with that is entirety up to you. It is your journey.

CLC- Certified life coach. Technically speaking I am a certified yoga life coach, which is built on the foundations of the beautiful openness of all things working as one. (That's the short of it anyway.) This came about as an evolution of what comes up through the diligent work both on and off the massage table. Remember earlier when I mentioned massage school cracked me open and things were flowing? Well, this happens when you receive the work in such a way and start on your journey to connecting to yourself in new ways, so I needed to be a better facilitator for when my "clients" have breakthroughs of their own that they choose to share with me. I didn't want to impose my intention on their personal journey, I wanted to help them hear themselves in a clear way of what their desires and intentions are. I want to help you listen to yourself with more receptivity. This is quite possibly the most powerful life skill you can develop. It comes from your connection and attunement to yourself.

HHP- Holistic health practitioner. Back to all things working as one. Our body is a Mecca of tiny individual systems integrating into one very complex system in which do not function optimally separate from itself, themselves...? It's difficult to even word it separately. This certification brought all the others together and added in some fun additions such as herbs, nutrition, and techniques from other areas of study such as oriental medicine. To be clear, I am not an herbalist, nutritionist, or Doctor of Chinese medicine, or medicine in general. Those letters in my alphabet soup may be added one day, but for now, my scope is more of an introduction for you to experiment and move forth with other experts with a better clarity and a connection to the purpose seeking knowledge from other sources. But, we will have some fun along the way and I am able to make simple suggestions for you to experiment on your own. We may even get together and make some DIY remedies the old folky way. Back to the roots of our nature.

More than just a massage therapist, I am here as a guide for your own journey of connection to well being. That in which you seek relief and comfort within the walls of your own skin. This is my purpose. Let's connect.

Jessi does a great job. She listens to what you need work on. I leave feeling better.

Jessi is the MOST experienced and Friendly Massage therapist I have ever been to. Being almost 50, I have been to a lot of them. She is Compassionate, Knowledgeable, Funny, and is truly skilled in finding those places that make me cringe and cuss, but allow me to walk, bend, and twist without pain afterward. She knows when to just let me be "into" the Massage, and when to be chatty. I love that about her. She will let me drool on her feet, (laugh all you want... it has happened). You can't get a better masseuse than that! I like the music she play's, and she is very conservative about the "smells" and checks in with you about how sensitive you are with them. She uses the Best Essential oils that calm and energize depending on what you need (and they smell good). I just can't say enough about how good she makes me feel. She checks in with me before the massage, and not just about what I want her to help me with, and she checks in with me after. She gives me Coaching on how to not get in the condition that has caused whatever issues she is working on. I highly recommend her. I also suggest booking several in advance, she is much in demand.

The salon location isn't the greatest but Jessi's skill made up for that. Amazing first experience and looking forward to another next month!!

Jessi made sure to ask if there were any particular areas of concern I would like her to focus on. She made me feel very comfortable and I was able to relax and enjoy the massage. She was able to identify my trouble spots and give them extra attention.

Jessi is a very talented massage therapist. I had fallen while snowboarding and hurt my hips, before I saw her I could hardly walk, everything hurt. After seeing her I felt much better a little sore but the next day I was amazed at how much better I felt.
