I have been in practice as an independent massage therapist since 2010, and work
with a wonderful group of therapists and healers within a massage and
wellness center in downtown Spokane's University District. I specialize in treating the underlying causes of pain and tension through restorative, integrated manual therapy including myofascial release, craniosacral, visceral manipulation, and trigger point. Although I originally specialized in deep tissue, I have found that a holistic, integrated approach yields better results because it addresses the root causes rather than just the symptoms. Conditions I specialize in include auto accident injuries, headaches, chronic pain, repetitive work injuries, and fibromyalgia. In addition to being a massage therapist, I also teach mindfulness meditation classes and am a full-time student studying physical therapy at Eastern Washington University.
