I graduated from Irene's Myomassology Institute in 2013. I take pain away, relieve tension and soreness with deep relaxation through therapeutic massage. I have helped many people with their sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, low back pain, TMJ, migraine and planter fasciitis. I massage people from all walks of life and ages with and without chronic illness; including runners, tennis players, hockey, basketball, football players, dancers, yoga teachers, senior citizens and students. I offer prenatal massage which helps soon to be mothers to relax and sleep better. I also offer chair massage, Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release therapy, trigger point therapy, lymph drainage, hot stones, reflexology, Reiki, and aromatherapy. I meet the person at their pain threshold to avoid tension and overcompensation of surrounding muscles.
