I Trained and Instructed at Everest Institute for Massage Therapy, I became a Personal Trainer at National Personal Fitness Training Institute and finally stayed in Thailand to study Traditional Thai Services.

Helping others to feel good and teaching them to be healthy is what keeps me going. I Love to travel anywhere at anytime especially to Thailand, my favorite place. I also enjoy road trips near or far. Going for walks, paddle boarding, hiking and many outdoor activities. I also like gardening and creating projects. I'm very motivated, passionate and energetic.
