After living most of my life sitting in desks and chairs, I came to realize that giving and receiving bodywork was a powerful way for a body to open and heal from the years of a conditioned seated posture. I took the next step in my journey of healing by graduating from the San Francisco School of Massage & Bodywork. I like to integrate my work with Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, and stretching in a soothing, relaxing way. I continue to learn more techniques and modalities so that all clients can benefit and enjoy the most out of their sessions.
