I have always believed myself to be a healer and since I've graduated Cortiva Institute of Hoboken, New Jersey in 2017.. massage has become a tool for me to not only help others, but it helps me take care of myself. I am State Board Licensed in New Jersey to work as a Professional Massage Therapist and Body-worker. I have my 200 Hour Certification to work as a Yoga Instructor and I am a Level One Reiki Energy Healing Practitioner.

I specialize in Trigger Point Therapy and targeted deep tissue sessions. I preform a deep-medium Swedish massage. I excel at helping my clients deal with upper and lower back pain, I give helpful suggestions and will do my best to provide relief using different massage techniques. I like to incorporate mindfulness in my sessions to help my clients experience real relaxation.

I am based out of Central New Jersey. Middlesex County, Monmouth County and surrounding areas. 
I work part time at a Massage Envy in Marlboro Township, NJ

I enjoy spending my free time listening to music, practicing yoga, meditating, cooking, reading, writing and hula hoop dancing.
