A native Mainer, I spent a decade exploring California, where I attended the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) and studied massage therapy. I am a licensed massage therapist, reiki practitioner and clinical mental health grad student. A native Mainer, I spent a decade exploring California, where I attended the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) and studied massage therapy. I was instructed by trauma informed bodywork professionals, with a holistic approach to the body, mind and spirit. I see a variety of clients with a spectrum of concerns.

I am trained to work with the physical + energetic body, together this work supports your overall well-being. I think of each session as a mini ritual, a retreat, holding space and creating a deeply relaxed mind and body. I believe that my mindfulness practice and intuitive listening skills set me apart from other massage therapists.

A lifelong knowledge seeker, in 2021, I completed my undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Maine in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Currently, I am pursuing a masters in clinical mental health. The natural world and meditation is how I find balance and recharge mentally and physically.
