My work is centered around increasing and improving the communication and connection we have with our bodies. I believe the body can be one our greatest allies, instead of our worst enemy. It is my desire to help you create and have that beauty for yourself.

My greatest inspiration is the Earth, all of her plants and ecosystems, creatures, crystals, and creations. It is absolutely marvelous! The Earth has taught me about diversity and the need to honor and appreciate it, care for it and protect it. The foundation of a Great Life in my opinion relies on access to Joy, the ability to Play, to Laugh and Dream, and express our Inner Essence through whatever medium calls to us. I find the avenues of Art - Music, Dance, Poetry, Crafting, Painting & Drawing help me feel Full & Free, as well as copious amounts of time outside.

Pain, whether physical or emotional, can limit our access to a sense of vitality and a vibrant life. In seeing so many people I love hurting, I’ve made it my mission to learn how to help the body ease its pain, find nourishment, and restore vitality - through movement, and a safe & healing environment.
