Raquel Elmore began her journey as a massage therapist while living in Alaska where she saw the effects of massage improve her posture and energy level. After moving from Alaska to South Lake Tahoe in 2019 she started practicing as a massage therapist.

Raquel Elmore began her journey as a massage therapist while living in Alaska where she saw the effects of massage improve her posture and energy level. After moving from Alaska to South Lake Tahoe in 2019 she started practicing as a massage therapist.

Raquel is experienced in therapeutic massage techniques, deep tissue, myofascial release, dry cupping, guided relaxation, reiki, and yoga.


Raquel is a California state-licensed and nationally certified massage therapist, registered yoga teacher, and Reiki 2 healer. She is a graduate of the Anchorage Yoga 200-hour teacher training and Alaska Career College therapeutic massage specialist program.

Better than 10 visits to my doctor. Better than Xanax. I had been feeling anxiety and stiffness for a couple of weeks prior. After my treatment, I had no anxiety or pain and am still free 24 hrs later. I am very happy. I will not wait so long next time. Very, very healing for me. I added the Reiki for a little more cost and I can highly recommend this service as well.
