I graduated on the president's honor roll, from The Soma Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago, IL in 2001. I studied Reiki at Infinite Light Healing Studies Center in Sedona, AZ taking a variety of Reiki classes from 2003-2007, and have been teaching Reiki since 2004. I own Tahoe Clinical Massage & Bodywork in South Lake Tahoe, CA. My massage sessions provide the best treatment available to meet your individual needs. Your treatment will include a variety of techniques including, but not limited to: Clinical Massage, Reiki, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, Neuromuscular & Myofascial Release. I am trained in a variety of advanced techniques, and am able to work with a very diverse clientele. I specialize in injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, chronic soft tissue pain, and increasing your range of motion. I have also worked with a wide variety of professional, and recreational athletes, from equestrian riders, to snowboarders. I can help you excel at your favorite activities. I am also a PiXiE, aka a person living with pseudoxanthoma elasticum (www.pxe.org), this causes very complex cardiovascular issues in my body, so I work with a medical alert service dog. She is there to let me know if I need to stop working. If she alerts me during a session, your session will end, and be free for the day. You will also receive 50% off your next session as my way to make it up to you. This genetic mutation has given me a unique appreciation for life, art, and music that is felt in my work. I put a piece of my soul into everything I do. My passion for my life pushes me to try new and creative ways of showing you the world through my eyes! Erin is an amazing master Reiki practitioner and I would highly recommend her services to anyone. If you're looking for some self care, to work through a specific challenge, or just curious about the experience of Reiki, Erin is one of the BEST choices out there. I went in for a "reset" / looking to release any major imbalances and I walked out of my 1-hour session with a beautiful sense of peace, clarity, and ease. I will definitely be booking another appointment. :)
