Well I am the baby boy of three and I was raised in the North Florida area. I am still relatively new to the Lake Tahoe area. I worked in the healthcare field for over ten years in Jacksonville Florida and met my fiancee, Sara, in a local Yoga group study class. I currently work as a Therapist for Massage Envy in South Reno and with Dr Adam Spindler at his Chiropractic Practice, Performance Sports Chiropractic, in South Lake Tahoe. I truly enjoy working with my clients in both environments. I specialize in Neuro Muscular active release, Proprioceptive Neuro-muscular facilitation, and flowing Swedish relaxation techniques, just to name a few modality.

Michael is an amazing massage therapist and so knowledgeable about the body and its makeup. I see him regularly for overall relaxation and over worked muscles. I have been getting deep tissue/sports massage from him. He incorporates some deep work and stretching depending on what my body needs. I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Michael for your next bodywork appointment.
