Bronwen Penniman is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician and Reiki Practitioner with a passion for learning, hiking, yoga, laughing, art and her dog Jake.   Along with massage/bodywork continuing education courses in headache pain, somatic dysfunction of the head & neck, restricted cervical rotation,  and more, she has also taken courses in Music & Healing, EFT~ emotional freedom technique, Nutrition, Yoga, Herbal Pharmacology,  Meditation & Breathwork, Lymphatic Drainage, and Polarity Therapy among others.  She truly believes good health encompasses body, mind and spirit.  Bronwen finds that working in a small studio as a solo-therapist enables her to really take the time to personalize each session.  She makes sure appointments are scheduled with additional time for questions, postural analysis, stretching techniques & demonstrations.  She wants you to not only feel better at the time, but leave with knowledge you can apply to your daily life to continue to feel better and make progress toward your goals.   Whether those goals are to gain the flexibility to stretch to touch your toes, or participate in an ironman.  If she isn't at the massage studio, practicing yoga or working on some type of art project, she is in the White Mountains working on hiking all 48 of 4000 footers with her dog Jake.  Her deep love of nature was one of the things that lead her to make her own organic, non-GMO massage oil blends, muscle rubs, and other health & skin care products.  If you have any questions feel free to email her at Bronwen@balasanabodywork.com
