My name is Jessica Fredette and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist living and working in beautiful China, Maine. I graduated from Fuller Circles School for Therapeutic Massage in Oakland, Maine in 2007 and a professional member of ABMP. I continue to expand on my education in order to provide varied and up-to-date services.  September 2014, I earned a level 1 certification for Thai-Yoga Massage and Level 2 of Thai-Yoga Massage in the fall of 2016.

For 7 years I traveled throughout Maine with “I Do Spas”, offering Swedish massage.  I also practiced at the River Studio in Hallowell, Maine, for 3 years before moving my practice to China, Maine, and continue to provide chair massage at local businesses. I have been married to my awesome and supportive husband, Jason Fredette, for 16 years and we have 2 daughters. I became a massage therapist not only because of my own experience with massage, but because I have always had a desire to help people.  Through massage, I can contribute to building and maintaining a healthier lifestyle for my clients.

My main practice is therapeutic massage, but I also offer warm stone massage, cold stone therapy for migraine headaches, Aroma Touch Therapy, pregnancy massage, and soon Thai- Yoga massage.
