She has trained in Swedish, Esalen, Deep Tissue, Cranio-Sacral, Neuromuscular, Shiatsu, Reiki, Body Patterning, Lomi Lomi, Healing Touch, Body-Mind Centering, Warm Stones, and Hydrotherapy.

Each session combines an assortment of techniques depending on the individual and their specific needs, and respectfully takes into account any health issues or history.

 Her massage table is fully ADA compliant.  She has worked with many clients with physical challenges, helping them to find better mobility, comfort, pain relief, and a return to their own joy for living.
