After completing a 10 month certification program at BodySoul Massage and Bodywork in St. Albans, I finished a 6 month course in advanced deep tissue and sports therapy. Upon completion I've developed a passion for easing chronic pain and muscle tension. Massage can be used both for relaxation and therapeutically to ease stress, aid circulation, and ease muscle tension. It's something I enjoy doing.

Julia is a professional! Unlike many other masseuses, her 90 minute massages actually last 90 minutes! With many other masseuses, you pay for 90 minutes, but then after some talk, they give you a 75 minute massage. She takes excellent care of you, adjusting her touch to your preference. I highly recommend her!

Julia met me at the door, discussed my preferences. I felt very peaceful, ambiance was soothing and relaxing. Periodically she would check on my comfort level as she progressed. I highly recommend Julia, especially if you have never had a massage. Overall was a great experience, looking forward to the next.
