Hi there! I'm a licensed massage therapist, flexologist, yoga instructor, and Reiki master. My background has been working along side Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, and Physical Therapists.

My work is all about understanding how our minds and bodies are connected. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help promote healing and relaxation during your sessions. 

 My services include Gentle stretching, Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and  Craniosacral Therapy.
