I’m Kamala! I am here to assist you on your journey through complete wellness! I believe deeply in the natural healing power of the body and will utilize that force in our sessions together. The body, heart, and mind connection is very important in all of our healing. Grounding and nurturing bodywork assists in the fluid communication of all of these components; which will then lead to the healing of traumas. The mission of my soul in this lifetime consists of studying yoga, meditation & the healing arts. My experiences living in intentional communities, ashrams, meditation centers, organic farms & plant medicine journeys has led me down my own path to finding stillness and peace within.

My massage education was completed at Sedona School of Massage with a concentration in the treatment of trauma and PTSD.

I welcome all walks of life with love and compassion-void of judgement. My work can help assist in body-positivity! I am an Ally of the LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Bigender, Transgender, Transsexual, 2/Two-Spirit, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, Pansexual, Agender, Gender Queer, Gender Variant, Pangender) Community.

The experience with Ayurvedic treatment is so very rewarding! My clients are more grounded, detoxified, and centered after receiving Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and/or Swedana treatments. I have had the honor of assisting clients since 2017 in these services.

Craniosacral Therapy

I have had the honor of assisting in the healing and recovery of those with severe PTSD through Craniosacral therapy.

Wow. My entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The room alone is put together perfectly to create such a relaxing and nourishing atmosphere and Kamala's presence is so relaxing, nourishing, grounding. My massage was wonderful-so therapeutic, restorative and rejuvenating. I had been to a few different bodyworkers to try to find the right fit, especially after a recent car accident. I am so relieved to say that I have found my person! I am beyond grateful to have found Kamala and I am so looking forward to more sessions with her!
