The foundation of my approach to massage comes from my belief in it’s power as a lifelong tool for true health and wellness. My bodywork style is both intuitive and specific. I enjoy working closely with my clients, creating individualized sessions to help them experience relief from pain and more ease of movement.
Blending Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point techniques, I use a slow and deliberate approach, which allows me to effectively work deep tension areas with sensitivity and care. Nurturing the spirit-mind-body relationship, I help my clients feel nourished and empowered in their self care.
I trained at Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Watertown, MA and have been an insured Professional Member with AMTA since 2013. I am also nationally certified in Pre/Post Prenatal Massage through Carole Osborne. I have a Bachelor's Degree from Springfield College in Springfield, MA in Youth Development, where I also studied Athletic Training and have a minor in Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation for the Physically Active.
My passion for wellness and how we nourish our bodies at a deeply cellular level has also led me to create a beautiful partnership with USANA Health Sciences, one of the world's leading companies in health and nutrition. If you like, you can learn more about my wellness work with USANA at
