I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). I have trained in many modalities and prefer to use a mixture of each of them during a massage to accomplish the set forth goals. I do not have a "set routine". I do what I feel is necessary and discuss that with my clients prior to massage. My passion is medical and therapeutic massage. I believe massage is an important aspect of a happy healthy life. My goal is to provide you with a service to help improve your daily living. Massage can transform your body from one that is in distress to one that is energetic and rejuvenated. I do this because I truly enjoy seeing the results session after session (even after only one session).

I truly understand the aspects of pain due to injuries and overall degeneration. I have had both shoulders operated on for rotator cuff issues and know firsthand what it takes to rehabilitate and heal. For me massage was a big part of that. I have participated in sports such as baseball, softball, track and field, volleyball, horseback riding, and martial arts. I have also coached football, baseball, softball, and t-ball. For many years I have enjoyed the relaxation of fishing both on the ocean, and the river. I currently hold a USCG Captains license and provide charter fishing trips on the Potomac River. There is nothing like a day on the water (except a massage).

I provide Sports Massage, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, and Infant Massage. I also provide a  Signature Massage which includes all the modalities I have learned to develop a massage session that will best benefit my clients.
