Lindsey is a nationally certified and state licensed massage practitioner. She has advanced training in prenatal, hot stone, and deep tissue techniques. She received her massage training at Sedona School of Massage in Sedona, Arizona in 2014. She also has a BA in Biology from Hiram College, and a background in field biology and environmental education.

Her passion to connect on deeper levels has led her to travel to several countries in order to experience other cultures and landscapes, to become a naturalist, familiar with all of the wildlife and plants that surround her, and to cater her life to connecting with people in nourishing ways.
