I'm an independent Licensed Massage Therapist of 9 years providing therapeutic touch & holistic practices to Middle TN. In 2010 I graduated from High Tech Institute of Nashville, TN with a diploma in Massage Therapy. I started to share an interest in massage therapy since I was a child. After two years of college, I decided to pursue a massage therapy diploma and it has been the best decision. Over the years I have acquired additional training and education to further my ability to provide effective therapy. The main techniques I have to offer (but not limited to) are Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, Integrated Reflexology (hands & feet), Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Sports, Pregnancy, and stretching to increase range of motion. I enjoy helping others heal so they can lead a more productive and pain free life. I think it is very important to make the client feel as comfortable as possible. I have been with Relax and Repair (formally Natural Health Massage Therapy) for 5 years. I look forward to many more and positively serving my community here in Smyrna, TN.
