Massage has been my passion since I was 5 years old and the physical therapist showed me how to do a few things on my dad at home to help with his pain after his back surgery. I saw the true relief that massage gave him and I was hooked!

I graduated in 2003 with a degree in Applied Science and minor in Occupational Therapy. Since then I have taken many continuing education classes to further my knowledge in Muscle Release Therapy (MRT), Pre & Post Natal, Infant Massage, Reiki 1, Reiki 2, & Reiki Master, Craniosacral Therapy, and classes that gave me knowledge to work with clients that have STDs, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrom, and Deep Vein Thrombosis, and Autism.

Certified in Pregnancy Massage, Infant Massage, and Post-Natal Massage. This course also provided me the resources that allow me to teach classes in Pre & Post Natal care along with Infant Massage. It taught me labor and delivery massage techniques to apply to or teach spouses to apply to the mother during labor. This is one type of massage that is near and dear to my heart!

Fibromyalgia & Massage Certification

This course provided me with a thorough understanding of the highly variable syndrome in order to provide the best care possible to my clients. By taking this course, I feel I have a better understanding of fibromyalgia and how to relieve it's symptoms.

Deep Vein Thrombosis Certification

Made me aware of how a deep vein thrombosis client is affected and ways to work with a client who has DVT.

Reiki Level 1, 2, & Master Certifications

Trained in Reiki Usui to work on clients with this amazing energy work that can relieve stress and release deep emotions from past traumas. The Master training includes the certification to teach the healing art of Reiki to others.

Craniosacral Therapy Certification

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain.
