I am a proud graduate of Arizona School of Integrative Studies in Flagstaff, AZ as of 2016. I am a proud graduate of Arizona School of Integrative Studies in Flagstaff, AZ as of 2016. In the 800 hour massage therapy program, I studied Swedish/Deep Tissue Massage, and about 15 different intro based modalities in order to develop an integrative massage practice. I have completed a 130 hour Independent Study Program for Polarity Therapy with a beloved mentor, Suellen Trumbour-Cheney from Sedona, AZ. I am now a certified Energetic Principle Practitioner with the renowned International Polarity Education Alliance. 

I have traveled to Colorado in order to learn some Trager technique with Deane Juhan! The technique brings a fantastic element to each session that invites restoration and strength! I have taken 32 hours of continuing education in Trager Fundamentals with Resistance and Release Work Treating the Spine as of Sept 2019.

My preferred modalities: Swedish/Deep Tissue, Connective Tissue (Myofascial), Neuromuscular Therapy (Trigger point), Tragerwork, Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral and Range of Motion (ROM/Stretching).

I combine different types of massage (typically within my preferred modalities) to meet the needs of any given client, whether it be for chronic pain relief or pure relaxation. I love combining body work with energetic work to bring about an overall sense of wellness and relaxation, while influencing the physical body to let go! 

I work with curiosity and reverence during, before and after our sessions to invite a clear environment in which relaxation and/or self exploration comes with ease. I also work with much excitement in exploring referral points, energetic lines and pin-pointing chronic sources of pain in hopes of generating long term physical and mental relief. I believe that each system is unique, and I listen for the individual's whole expression whether of mind, body, emotion and/or spirit to come forward in support of balancing and restorative sessions.
