Jessica offers a great knowledge of sports massage for clients who are more active, and a more therapeutic touch to calm and relax a client who is more stressed from every day life.

Thanks to her athletic background in Martial Arts, Gymnastics, Dance, Swim, and Cheerleading she is able to quickly identify muscular issues that could be affecting clients natural range of motion.

Jessica is professional and very knowledgeable. I had a slight accident where my lower back was strained and I had a hard time moving. I pointed that out to Jessica and she took extra time to concentrate on the area. A day later I feel 100% better. She provided advice to help make sure I continue to heal.
