I just didn’t feel like I got a good massage did work out any of the stiffness in my back

James had a lot of work to do on my back. He prioritized all the different areas wisely to give me the most healing in the one hour period. James just earned one of Nicole’s usual customers! Drink insane amounts of water beforehand. I went in dehydrated from work and I felt the dehydration hinder my healing. I will schedule again soon!
