Exploring together

My interest in human anatomy and physiology began while studying biology in High School. My interest in human anatomy and physiology began while studying biology in High School. I was fascinated by the structures of the body, why they developed the way they did, and how they all seemed to be perfectly designed to help us survive in the world. Studying Massage Therapy at the Fingerlakes School of Massage in Ithaca allowed me to learn about the human anatomy as well as learn the art of human touch through the study of multiple modalities. I quickly realized that our environment, work and everyday life has become a burden on our bodies. Our bodies were never designed to sit at a desk for eight hours a day, and neither were our minds for that matter.

The focus of my work is to assist my clients by treating their discomfort with techniques and styles I've learned from working with Rolfers, Myofascial body workers, and other incredible therapists. Along with treating the client directly, I also explore the underlying causes of their discomfort to help them gain a better understanding of why they feel the way they do.

REVIEWS for my Bodywork services

Kyle is an excellent, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. His ability to isolate and educate problem areas is incredible. I have had many massages in the past and would say hands down the best LMT in the area!

My massage was excellent. Kyle is an excellent listener and very attentive to areas on the body in need of extra time.

Kyle M was an exceptional therapist, probably in my top 3 I have ever seen. He asked me all the right questions before we start and worked on everything I asked him too. His pressure was perfect, deep but not too deep. He did some really cool techniques with my shoulder and hip that I haven’t had before. I have a lot of pain relief today and feel like a million bucks. Can’t wait to come back!

Kyle did a wonderful job checking in with me about the amount pressure during the massage and he found new knots and tense areas I didn't even realize I had before. I asked for deep to medium pressure and he had no problem with adjusting. He seemed very skilled and helped relieve a lot of tension and pain that I had from previous car accidents and whiplash. I highly recommend him.

Young therapist who is very professional. Engaged and explains things when I had questions and also allowed me to relax in blissful silence too. Tried a bit of reflexology which was quite good.
