My journey to massage started many years ago when I began pursuing a way to overcome my own injuries and pain. Years of receiving physical therapy and massage therapy inspired me to delve deeper into the study of the human body. With the hope of helping people find relief from their own pain, I started working towards a degree in kinesiology and working as a personal trainer at Sisters Athletic Club. By applying my education and experience I have been able to focus on helping my clients move and exercise without pain. Massage therapy turned out to be the natural next step for me. I continue to add to my depth of knowledge at COCC, taking classes that compliment my work. I believe my background in rehabilitative exercises, gives me a unique approach to massage.
